Custom Order Information

In order to have a Custom Color Kite Made, you will need to download and use our colorizer files, found at the Bottom of this Page, to color one in. Once you have it made, email us at Ocean.Shores.Kites@gmail.com w/ a screenshot of your Design and Mailing Address. Please note that there is an additional $40 USD charge for these custom orders. Once we see your email, we will send an invoice to you ASAP Including Shipping and any other items you would be interested in receiving w/ your order. Once the invoice is at least 50% paid, we will send the design to our factory to be made. 

Expect a wait time of between 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive.

Once we see your email, and verify what you need, or are requesting, we will send an invoice to you ASAP Including Shipping and any other items you would be interested in receiving with your order. Once the Invoice is paid, We will construct the parts, and deliver them to either the Post Office or UPS Drop-Off Location as soon as time allows.

To Ensure you Receive Proper Replacement Parts for your Kite

• Have Accurate and Precise Dimensions of the part. e.g. 16" Length, 5.5mm Diameter, rod vs tube, etc. 
• Terms such as "Similar to," and "Approximately," are NOT acceptable in Most Circumstances. If there is a label on your Tube, Give us the info from the Label and its length.
• Providing the name of the kite will NOT guarantee we know the exact dimensions of the part you need.

In the Store

• Repairs come second to all other business we conduct.
• Repairs are Done in the Order they are Received.
• You must be willing to leave your kite in our Care if Necessary.
• Repairs will take as much time as they take. Quality work will not be rushed.

There will be no refunds on Parts or Repairs.

Our Default decision for Shipping will be whatever happens to be the most affordable option, typically UPS Ground.
