Once your Order has been given to the courier, we no longer have any control over the package's status. If your package is lost in the mail system. That is a problem you must handle with the courier. If the package, or items have been damaged, We will do our best to assist in getting you reimbursed.
USPS Ground Advantage DOES NOT guarantee a timeline as to when the recipient is to receive the parcel. If you'd like a guaranteed timeline for your package, please choose anything other than USPS Ground Advantage.
There is currently a bug in our Website Host's UPS Shipping Calculations, causing some of the shipping costs to be almost twice as high as they're supposed to be. We plan to provide partial refunds for these outrageous shipping prices.
